How to Use
On first use, hold the brush tip upward and turn the dial at the bottom clockwise until liquid appears. Remove excess liquid from the brush with a tissue, then draw from the middle of the brow toward the tail. For subsequent uses, turn the dial approximately once or twice, checking how much liquid is released. After use, gently wipe the brush clean to avoid splattering and close the cap securely.
