How to Use
Step 1: Use the pencil to draw individual hair-like strokes in sparse areas and at the brow tails. Extend the pencil tip no more than 2 mm, as extending it too far may cause it to break.
Step 2: Use the gel mascara to coat brow hairs with color and softly shape them. Close the caps securely after use. Use only on eyebrows.
