Product Overview
Korean-style instant yakisoba with thick, chewy, wavy noodles and a sweet and spicy carbo sauce inspired by carbonara. The sauce combines the flavor of fermented chili peppers with the creamy mellowness of cheese. Contains one bag with five servings.
Ingredients
Fried noodles (wheat flour (manufactured in Japan), vegetable oils and fats, salt, vegetable protein), sauce (sugars, food made primarily from milk and other dairy ingredients, salt, spices, chicken seasoning, processed cheese, powdered miso, curry powder) / modified starch, emulsifier, flavor enhancers (amino acids, etc.), alkaline salts, carotenoid coloring, calcium carbonate, acidulant, caramel coloring, flavoring, thickeners (guar gum, alginate ester), spice extracts, antioxidant (vitamin E), sweetener (sucralose), vitamin B2, vitamin B1.
Contains wheat, milk, soy, chicken, and pork.
How to Use
Bring 260 ml of water to a boil in a frying pan and add the noodles. Reduce to medium heat and turn the noodles over after about 30 seconds. Let them absorb the water, then loosen them as they soften. For more even cooking, turn the noodles several times at 30-second intervals before loosening them.
Once the water has evaporated, turn off the heat, add the sweet and spicy carbo sauce, and mix well. Cooking takes a little over 5 minutes on medium heat after adding the noodles; adjust according to your cookware and the condition of the noodles. Add cooked bacon, cabbage, or grated cheese if desired.
