How to Use
Using a finger, lightly spread Electrical Color (left) over the entire upper eyelid. Then use a finger to apply Flash Glitter (right) over Electrical Color across the eye socket area.
Both shades can also be used on the cheeks, bridge of the nose, earlobes, and collarbones. A makeup remover is recommended for removal. Take care to avoid contact with clothing. If the product gets on clothing, immediately spot-wash the affected area with detergent.
