Q: What can I try if the color does not take easily?
A: Try using more product, leaving it on for at least 10 minutes, using it for three consecutive days when first starting, or using a non-silicone shampoo. Suggested amounts are two ping-pong-ball-sized portions for short hair, four for medium-length hair, and five for long hair.
