How to Use

For pumps supplied with washing machines:

1. Wear rubber gloves. Open the pump cover and be sure to remove the filter. Insert 2 tablets and close the cover. If 2 tablets do not fit, use 1 tablet at a time.
2. Place the pump intake in the bathtub and use the bathwater intake cycle to fill the washing machine to the high water level for cleaning.
3. Drain the cleaning water, then fill again to the high water level using the fill-only function and drain to rinse. Immediately drain the bathwater from the bathtub after use and rinse the bathtub with a shower or similar.
4. Install the supplied filters in this order: pump body, fine filter (blue), coarse filter (black), cover. Cut the filters to fit the pump if necessary.

For separately purchased pumps:

1. Open the pump cover, be sure to remove the filter, and close the cover.
2. Fill the washing machine tub to the low water level using the fill-only function. Wearing rubber gloves, add 2 tablets.
3. Once the tablets have dissolved completely, place both the pump intake and the hose end inside the washing machine tub. Run the pump to circulate the water for approximately 5 minutes for cleaning.
4. Leave the pump in place, drain the tub, and refill to the low water level using the fill-only function. Run the pump to circulate the water for approximately 5 minutes to rinse, then drain. After use, fill the tub to the medium water level and drain.
5. Install the supplied coarse filter. Cut it to fit the pump if necessary. Do not install a supplied filter in a pump that did not originally have a filter.
