FAQ
Q: Is sediment, cloudiness, or solidification a quality issue?
A: No. The naturally derived ingredients may develop sediment, floating particles, cloudiness, or solidify depending on the temperature during use or storage. If the oil solidifies in cold conditions, leave it in a warm place for a while and shake gently before use.
Q: Can the scent vary?
A: Yes. Because essential oils are used, the scent may vary depending on their origin and harvest time. This does not indicate a quality issue.
