How to Use
Apply with a lifting motion to raise the lashes. Powder foundation is recommended as a base to help reduce transfer onto the skin around the eyes. If using liquid foundation, layer face powder around the eyes to help reduce transfer.
To remove, gently work cleansing oil into the lashes with a pinching motion until the mascara is completely removed, then wash thoroughly with a facial cleanser. If mascara remains on the skin around the eyes, carefully wipe it away with a cotton pad soaked in eye makeup remover.
