A medicated toner containing niacinamide as an active ingredient and rice bran fermentation liquid (yeast extract) as a main ingredient to give skin moisture and firmness. It moisturizes skin concerned with dryness and wrinkles, leaving it looking clear and firm. Made in Japan.

How to Use

After cleansing, take an appropriate amount in your hands or on a cotton pad and apply over the entire face. Applying in layers is recommended rather than using a large amount at once.

Suggested amount: about the size of a Japanese 1-yen coin when applying by hand, or a Japanese 500-yen coin when using a cotton pad.
