A dashi-seasoned udon sauce with grated yam (tororo). Each pack contains three 42g portions, with four packs included.

Ingredients

Starch syrup (manufactured in Japan), soy sauce, reduced starch syrup, yam, soybean oil, starch, powdered yam, bonito extract, salt, maltodextrin, brewed vinegar, yeast extract, bonito flakes; acidulant, thickener (xanthan gum), flavor enhancers (amino acids, etc.).

Contains wheat, soybeans, and yam.

How to Use

Simply toss with udon noodles, using one portion per serving. Adjust the number of portions to match the number of servings and your preference.
