How to Use

Ensure the bathwater (180L) is at an even temperature, then add one packet (60g). Stir thoroughly before bathing. Use immediately after opening.

For the recommended intermittent bathing method, drink a glass of water before bathing; drinking water while bathing is also recommended. Soak in slightly hot water for approximately 10 minutes, keeping the water level below your chest, then leave the bath and rest for approximately 5 minutes. If you feel unwell, leave the bath immediately and rest.

A: Do not use in special bathtubs such as hinoki wood or marble. Some fully automatic water heaters and 24-hour bath systems may not be compatible; check your equipment's instructions before use.
