How to Use

Ensure the temperature of the bathwater (180L) is even, then add one packet (60g). Stir thoroughly before bathing. Use immediately after opening.

The suggested bathing method is to drink a glass of water before bathing, soak in slightly hot water up to below the chest for about 10 minutes, then leave the bath and rest for about 5 minutes. Drinking water while bathing is also recommended. Avoid this method if you are prone to lightheadedness or feel very fatigued. If you feel unwell, leave the bath immediately and rest.
