How to Use

Toothpaste: Apply an appropriate amount (about 1cm) to a toothbrush and spread over all teeth. Brush carefully along the gum line using circular motions for about two minutes, then rinse your mouth with water. Wash the toothbrush thoroughly after use and leave it to dry.
