How to Use
Rinse your mouth, then apply an appropriate amount to a toothbrush and brush slowly. Use small brush movements, carefully brushing the teeth and gums. The suggested technique is approximately 20 back-and-forth movements per area. Choose a soft toothbrush with densely packed bristles where possible.
