How to Use
First, brush from the tail of the brow toward the inner brow, against the direction of hair growth. Then brush from the inner brow toward the tail, following the direction of hair growth to arrange the hairs. Apply another coat before the mascara dries for a richer color finish. When combining with other eyebrow products, use this mascara last as the finishing step.
