Product Overview

A pencil liner with a skin-blending matte texture, designed to create a plump-looking under-eye area. The oval core measures 1.3 × 2.5 mm.

How to Use

Twist up the core and apply to the area where you want to create an under-eye bag, then gently blend with a finger. The core is soft and may break if extended too far; do not extend it more than 1 mm.
