How to Use

Take an appropriate amount in your hand and spread over areas such as the upper arms, abdomen, hips, and thighs with a gentle massaging motion. No rinsing is needed.

The firm cream may develop a hollow in the center as it is drawn up by the pump, making dispensing difficult. If this happens, shake the whole bottle to move the cream toward the bottom before use.
