Chifure Lasting Liquid Eyeliner BR31 Black Brown is a brush-pen eyeliner in a dark, black-toned brown that accentuates the eyes and blends with their natural color.

Ingredients

Colorants: Iron Oxides (appropriate amount), Carbon Black (appropriate amount). Moisturizing ingredients: BG (10.37%), 1,2-Hexanediol (1.00%), Sodium Polyaspartate (0.59%), Ethylhexylglycerin (0.06%). Film-forming ingredients: Ethylhexyl Acrylate/Methyl Methacrylate Copolymer (6.00%), Ammonium Acrylates/Methyl Styrene/Styrene Copolymer (1.05%). Preservatives: Phenoxyethanol (appropriate amount), Methylparaben (appropriate amount), Ethylparaben (appropriate amount), Sodium Dehydroacetate (appropriate amount). Emulsifiers: Beheneth-30 (0.54%), Ceteth-20 (0.23%). Surface treatment agent: Aluminum Hydroxide (appropriate amount). Chelating agent: Disodium EDTA (0.11%). Ingredient antioxidant: Tocopherol (appropriate amount). Base: Water (to make the total 100%).

How to Use

Draw along the lash line, filling the spaces between lashes. Hold the brush tip perpendicular to the skin to draw a finer line. After use, close the cap firmly until it clicks.

Store the pen horizontally. Before first use, or if the color does not flow easily, gently shake a few times with the cap closed, then lightly press the base of the brush against the back of your hand to draw liquid through to the tip. If the tip dries or picks up other cosmetics, gently wipe it with a tissue. Do not leave the cap off or catch the brush tip when closing it.

Test the product on a small area before first use. Do not apply to mucous membranes. If the product enters the eyes, rinse immediately. Stop use if it does not agree with your skin. Keep away from direct sunlight, high or low temperatures, and the reach of infants and young children.
