A liquid eyeliner in Blackest Black with dense, deep-black color and an ultra-fine felt tip for precise lines. Made in Japan.

Ingredients

Water, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Dipropylene Glycol, Beheneth-30, Phenoxyethanol, Disodium Ethylhexyl Sulfosuccinate, Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Ethanol, Citric Acid (+/-) Carbon Black.

How to Use

Remove and replace the cap straight, keeping the tip from touching the side of the cap. After use, clean the tip, close the cap firmly until it clicks, and store horizontally. Leaving the cap off may dry out the tip and make it unusable.

If foundation, eyeshadow, or mascara gets on the tip, gently wipe it off with a tissue to keep it clean. Avoid wiping too firmly, as this may damage or dislodge the tip. Before first use, or if the color appears faint, leave the capped eyeliner tip-down for a while before using. Do not shake the container vigorously, as this may cause leakage.
