Product Overview

Cavilon is a skin-protective cream that provides water repellency without petrolatum and helps reduce moisture buildup. Contains 20 units of 2g each.

Features

3M's proprietary polymer adheres to the skin to protect it from irritants such as stool and urine.
Contains acrylates copolymer, the same acrylate terpolymer used in 3M Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film, for lasting barrier performance.
Spreads easily, so only a small amount is needed.
Resists washing off, reducing the need for frequent reapplication.
Allows surgical tape or film dressings to be applied once the cream has dried.
Contains glycerin to moisturize the skin.

Ingredients

Water, coconut oil, PPG-15 stearyl ether, glycerin, isopropyl palmitate, paraffin, diisooctyl adipate, mineral oil, acrylates copolymer, trimethylsiloxysilicate, dimethicone, phenoxyethanol, magnesium sulfate, benzoic acid, dehydroacetic acid.

How to Use

Allow the cream to dry thoroughly before applying tape or film dressings. Tape adhesion may become stronger when applied over this cream. Avoid use on fragile skin.
