SALON de PRO Foam Hair Color Extra Rich is an odorless foam hair color for gray coverage in shade 4G Greige. Made in Japan, this quasi-drug product contains Agent 1 (50g) and Agent 2 (50g).

Ingredients

Agent 1 — Active ingredients: 2,4-Diaminophenoxyethanol hydrochloride, toluene-2,5-diamine, para-aminophenol, meta-aminophenol, resorcinol.

Agent 1 — Other ingredients: Sodium sulfite, apricot juice, isostearoyl hydrolyzed collagen aminomethyl propanediol salt, liquefied petroleum gas, ethanol, seaweed extract (1), hydrolyzed conchiolin solution, (hydrolyzed silk/PG-propyl methylsilanediol) crosspolymer, hydrolyzed silk solution, pentasodium diethylenetriamine pentaacetate solution, purified water, concentrated glycerin, polyethylene glycol 200, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, monoethanolamine, coconut oil fatty acid diethanolamide, royal jelly extract, sodium DL-malate, L-ascorbic acid, 1,3-butylene glycol, Yellow No. 202 (1).

Agent 2 — Active ingredient: Hydrogen peroxide.

Agent 2 — Other ingredients: Highly polymerized methylpolysiloxane (1), diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, potassium hydroxide, purified water, hydroxyethane diphosphonic acid solution, phenoxyethanol, polyethylene glycol 400, polyoxyethylene stearyl ether, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, methylpolysiloxane, liquid paraffin.

How to Use

Always perform a skin allergy test (patch test) 48 hours before every application. Read the enclosed instructions carefully and follow them correctly.

• Shake the bottle firmly up and down about 20 times. Do not use while bathing. This product is not a shampoo.
• Press the lever firmly to dispense foam into your hand. If pressed too lightly, the two agents will not dispense evenly and the hair will not color properly.
• Apply the foam to dry hair and massage it thoroughly throughout the hair. It will not lather when massaged.
• Leave for about 20 minutes, rinse thoroughly, then finish with shampoo and conditioner. Take particular care to keep foam and rinse water out of your eyes.

Do not use if you have previously experienced irritation from any hair color, felt unwell during or immediately after coloring, or had an abnormal skin reaction to a patch test. Do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes, or young children. Keep out of children's mouths, even though the product has no hair-color odor. Check the enclosed safety warnings before use.

A: The finished color and how noticeable gray hair remains vary with the original hair color, amount of gray hair, hair characteristics, room temperature, and processing time. Hair with more gray tends to finish lighter, while hair with less gray tends to finish darker.

Q: Can it lighten hair already dyed a dark color?
A: Hair already dyed a dark color is difficult to recolor lighter than that shade.
