How to Use
With dry hands, take an appropriate amount (about one heaped scoop using the dedicated spatula) into your palm. Massage gently to blend thoroughly with makeup, then rinse well with water or lukewarm water. Do not wet your face or hands before use.
If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately. Close the cap securely after use. Keep water out of the container, as it can make the contents turn cloudy white. Do not store in high temperatures or direct sunlight. If the product gets on a resin washbasin or similar surface, wipe it off immediately.
Check your skin carefully for any unusual reaction during use. Do not use on damaged or irritated skin. Stop use and consult a dermatologist if redness, swelling, itching, irritation, or changes in skin color occur.
FAQ
Q: Can this balm be used with eyelash extensions?
A: It can be used with eyelash extensions attached using commonly used cyanoacrylate-based glue. Gently work the balm along the direction of the lashes, as vigorous rubbing can cause natural lashes to fall out.
Q: Is it normal to see liquid on the surface or cracks in the balm?
A: Cleansing ingredients may occasionally seep onto the surface, or the contents may appear cracked. These do not indicate a quality problem.
