FAQ
Q: Will this shampoo make hair darker than its original color?
A: No. This product is designed to maintain dyed hair color and will not, on its own, color hair darker than its original shade. For concerns about visible gray hair or fading color, the separately sold SALON de PRO Color Treatment is recommended.
Q: What should I do if the color gets on my hands or skin?
A: Wash it off with soap. If color remains on your nails, gently rub with a sponge or brush.
Q: Can the color transfer to other surfaces?
A: Color may transfer to clothing, hats, towels, or pillows when hair is wet or when large amounts of hair tonic or styling products are used. Stains on clothing or fabric cannot be removed. Rinse color off skin, bathroom surfaces, washbasins, and containers immediately.
Q: What precautions should I follow?
A: Check your skin and scalp for irritation during use. Stop use and consult a dermatologist if redness, swelling, itching, irritation, discoloration, or darkening other than product staining occurs. Do not use on damaged or irritated areas. If the product gets in your eyes, rinse immediately.
Q: How should I store it?
A: Keep out of reach of infants and young children. Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, high heat and humidity, and sudden temperature changes.
