How to Use

Peel the liner from its individual wrapper and attach it directly to your underwear. Use on non-period days, including during pregnancy, after childbirth, around ovulation, and before or after your period. It can also help protect underwear from yellowing and keep it lasting longer.

Change frequently to maintain cleanliness. Wrap used liners neatly and dispose of them; do not flush them down the toilet. Stop using if the product does not agree with your skin. Liners may not adhere well to underwear washed with fabric softener.
