Product Overview

Wella Color Studio Hair Color in Frosty Brown is a two-part cream hair color and Step 2 of Wella's three-step coloring system. This Japanese quasi-drug contains a 60g color base and a 60g developer, with instructions and gloves included. Made in Thailand.

Ingredients

Part 1 — Active ingredients: Toluene-2,5-diamine sulfate, resorcinol, m-aminophenol, 2,4-diaminophenoxyethanol hydrochloride, 5-amino-o-cresol.
Other ingredients: Propylene glycol, ammonia water, dicetyl phosphate, POE cetyl ether phosphate, cetearyl alcohol, POE stearyl ether, xanthan gum, anhydrous sodium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, edetate salt, ascorbic acid, anhydrous sodium sulfite, sodium hydroxide, trisodium ethylenediamine disuccinate solution, fragrance, purified water.

Part 2 — Active ingredient: Hydrogen peroxide solution.
Other ingredients: Cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, POE cetostearyl ether, salicylic acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate, hydroxyethane diphosphonic acid solution, phosphoric acid, purified water.

How to Use

Read the enclosed instructions carefully before use. Apply the pre-color treatment, sold separately. Dispense Parts 1 and 2 into a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with a comb brush; both tools are sold separately. Apply evenly, leave for 20–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Wella Color Studio Shampoo & Conditioner, sold separately, is recommended afterward.

Hair color may cause allergic reactions. Always perform a skin allergy test (patch test) before every use. Do not use if you have ever had a reaction to hair color. Avoid contact with eyes, and do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes or young children. Keep out of reach of young children and store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

FAQ

Q: Does this product cover gray hair?
A: It is intended for black hair. Gray hair will only be lightly tinted and will not be covered.

Q: Can it lighten hair previously dyed dark?
A: No. It cannot lighten hair that has been dyed dark with hair color or similar products.

Q: Will the finished color always look the same?
A: Results vary depending on the original hair color, hair characteristics, room temperature and processing time. Color may fade faster on bleached hair.
