How to Use
Apply over the eyelid, along the lower eyelid, or wherever you prefer. Build up thin layers for a gradient, or apply a fine line along the lash line as a liner color.
For a more shimmering look, apply to the eyelid and blend with a finger to bring out the pearlescent finish.
