How to Use

For short hair, use approximately a ping-pong-ball-sized amount. After shampooing, towel-dry thoroughly. With wet hands, apply an appropriate amount throughout the hair, concentrating on gray areas. Leave on for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly until the water runs clear and dry completely with a hair dryer.

When starting, use for approximately 3 consecutive applications. To color gray hair with fewer applications, apply to dry hair. To maintain the color, use approximately once or twice a week. Color results vary depending on hair texture and the amount of gray hair. After discontinuing use, hair gradually returns to its original color with each shampoo.

Q: Can the color transfer to fabrics?
A: Yes. Color may transfer to clothing, hats, towels, or pillows when hair is wet or when large amounts of hair tonic or styling products are used. Stains on clothing or fabric cannot be removed. Immediately rinse off any color that gets on skin, bathroom surfaces, sinks, or containers.
