PALTY Coloring Milk in Omowase Brown returns light-colored hair to a natural hair color. Made in Japan, this set contains Agent 1 (60g), Agent 2 (120mL), and Hair Treatment Serum (5g).

Ingredients

Agent 1 — Active ingredients: Toluene-2,5-diamine, p-aminophenol, m-aminophenol, resorcinol, 5-amino-o-cresol.

Agent 1 — Other ingredients: Sodium sulfite, almond oil, ethanol, tetrasodium edetate tetrahydrate, alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, orange juice, hydrolyzed silk solution, stearyl alcohol, purified water, cetyl alcohol, concentrated glycerin, grape seed oil, polydimethyldimethylenepyrrolidinium chloride solution, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, methylpolysiloxane, monoethanolamine, peach juice, liquid paraffin, apple juice, lemon juice, L-ascorbic acid, fragrance.

Agent 2 — Active ingredient: Hydrogen peroxide.

Agent 2 — Other ingredients: Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, purified water, cetyl alcohol, sodium cetyl sulfate, hydroxyethane diphosphonic acid solution, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, phosphoric acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate.

Hair Treatment Serum: Water, butylene glycol, dimethicone, diisopropyl dilinoleate, mineral oil, stearyl alcohol, sorbitan stearate, PEG-25 stearate, carbomer, xanthan gum, glycerin, potassium hydroxide, camellia oil, butylparaben, methylparaben, Camellia oleifera seed oil, disodium EDTA, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, fragrance.

How to Use

Perform a skin allergy test (patch test) 48 hours before every application. Read and follow the enclosed instructions carefully.

• Add all of Agent 1 to Agent 2, close the cap, and shake well up and down to mix.
• Dispense into your hand and apply generously throughout dry hair, working it through without rubbing vigorously.
• Leave for approximately 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and shampoo and condition. Finish with the included Hair Treatment Serum.

Do not use if you have previously experienced itching, a rash, redness, or other reactions to hair color, felt unwell during or immediately after coloring, or had an abnormal reaction to a patch test. Do not use on a sensitive scalp or skin, or on severely damaged hair. Keep the mixture and rinse water out of your eyes. Do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes, or young children.

Do not leave the mixed milk in the container, as gas may build up and cause the container to burst or overflow. Discard any remaining mixture. Store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight, out of the reach of young children.

FAQ

Q: Can the finished color vary?
A: Yes. Results vary with the original hair color, damage, brightness, hair characteristics, room temperature, and processing time. Previously colored hair may develop a different shade or uneven results. Very light or damaged sections, or excessive processing time, may result in a color that is too dark.

Q: Can I lighten my hair immediately after coloring?
A: Hair colored with this product cannot be immediately lightened with bleach or similar products.
