DHC Collagen combines fish-derived collagen peptides with vitamins B1 and B2 to support beauty, skin firmness, and a refined skin texture. Each pack contains 180 tablets, a 30-day supply.

Ingredients

Collagen peptides (fish-derived), cellulose, calcium stearate, silicon dioxide, vitamin B1, vitamin B2. Contains gelatin.

Nutrition per daily serving of 6 tablets (2100mg): Energy 7.8kcal, protein 1.88g, fat 0.02g, carbohydrates 0.02g, sodium 0.99mg, vitamin B1 14mg, vitamin B2 2mg, collagen peptides 2050mg.

How to Use

Take 6 tablets per day. They may be taken at any time, but taking them together after dinner is recommended. Swallow without chewing with water or lukewarm water.

Allergen: gelatin. Check the ingredients before use. People with food allergies should not consume this product.
