How to Use
First, curl your lashes with an eyelash curler. Place the comb at the roots and draw it upward toward the tips, lifting the lashes as you apply.
When using as a mascara base, let it dry before applying your mascara. When using as a top coat, apply it after your mascara. An eye makeup remover is recommended for removal.
