ONE THING Heartleaf Extract Toner is a mildly acidic liquid toner for use on the scalp, face, and body. Heartleaf extract helps balance sebum and oil while gently caring for the skin.

Features

Non-comedogenic tested and skin irritation tested.
Helps soothe unsettled skin.
A fluid texture that absorbs quickly and is less prone to stickiness.
Made without artificial fragrance, artificial colorants, phenoxyethanol, animal-derived ingredients, or oil.
