Product Overview
A lash top coat that layers over your usual mascara to create a clustered lash finish. Twilight Navy contains iridescent pearl pigments for added shine and a more defined eye look.
Features

Water, Ethanol, PVP, Glycerin, TEA, Panthenol, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Hydrolyzed Silk, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Butylene Glycol, Carbomer, Stearic Acid, Disodium EDTA, Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Mica, Tin Oxide, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides.
How to Use
Apply after finishing with your usual mascara. Hold the brush vertically and sweep it left and right across all lashes 2–3 times. Use the tip of the brush to adjust the direction and thickness of the clusters.
When used alone, the top coat can be removed with warm water. When layered over another mascara, follow that mascara's removal instructions. After use, wipe the brush before returning it to the container, wipe the container opening clean, and close the cap securely.
