V3 Brilliant Foundation with SPF40 PA++.

Features

  • InnoSpicules, fine needles refined from sponge, are coated with human umbilical cord blood cell-conditioned culture medium and other ingredients. The culture medium is listed as a moisturizing ingredient.
  • A proprietary low-temperature, high-pressure enzymatic decomposition process removes organic matter to the greatest extent possible and produces evenly formed spicules.
  • The hollow structure of each InnoSpicule is filled with ingredients and coated. After the spicules reach the stratum corneum, the ingredients are delivered there over an extended period.
