Product Overview
A moisturizing toner for dry, rough skin, made in Japan. The Meishoku series has been passed down from grandmothers to mothers and from mothers to daughters since its launch in 1932.

How to Use
After cleansing, apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or your hands and smooth over your skin.
Do not use on damaged or irritated skin, or if the product does not agree with your skin. Stop use if redness, swelling, itching, irritation, or changes in skin color occur, and consult a dermatologist. If the product gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water. Store away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, out of reach of infants and young children.
