Product Overview

Plus Moist P3 is a non-sterile dressing, supplied as 3 sheets measuring 125 × 125 mm each.

Features

  • Absorbs excess wound fluid.
  • Can be cut with scissors to fit the wound.
  • Helps protect the wound gently and reduces sticking caused by dryness.

How to Use

Wash the wound thoroughly with tap water or a cleansing solution. If using a cleansing solution, rinse it away thoroughly with water. Repeat this cleaning when changing the dressing.

Cut the dressing slightly larger than the wound. Place the white mesh side against the wound and press it into contact. Leave the skin-tone film in place.

Secure it with a bandage, net or tape so it does not shift. If using tape, leave part of the dressing’s perimeter open. It can generally be used continuously until fluid leaks from around the edges; changing it promptly is recommended, at least once a day. If leakage may soil clothing, cover the dressing with gauze.
