A gentle-on-skin remover for targeted makeup removal around the eyes and lips.

Ingredients

Water, Cyclopentasiloxane, Butylene Glycol, 1,2-Hexanediol, Sodium Chloride, Caprylyl/Capryl Glucoside, Disodium EDTA.

How to Use

1. Check that the cap is securely closed, then shake the container thoroughly until the water and oil layers are mixed.
2. Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad or similar material. Allow it to blend with makeup around the eyes and lips, then wipe away.
3. Wash your face and rinse thoroughly.
