R-21 Hair Treatment helps repair hair and adds moisture and shine. Formulated with hematin, natural botanical extracts, keratin PPT (a hair-protecting ingredient), and collagen PPT (a moisturizing ingredient), it enhances hair's natural body and resilience.

Features

  • Sunflower ceramide adheres to the hair surface and damaged areas to help repair hair.
  • Gently removes residual alkali immediately after hair coloring or perming.
