A two-in-one eyebrow pencil with a powdery pencil and an integrated brush. The smooth-gliding pencil contains powder formed into a solid core; blending with the brush creates soft-looking brows with a powder-like finish.

Cyclopentasiloxane, Acrylates/Behenyl Acrylate/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Candelilla Wax, Polyethylene, Carnauba Wax, Dipentaerythrityl Pentaisostearate, Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexanoate, Panthenol, Sorbitan Sesquiisostearate, Tocopherol, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Aluminum Hydroxide.
How to Use
Step 1: Use the pencil to add individual strokes through to the tail of the brow. Step 2: Blend along the brow with the brush to finish.
Extend the tip approximately 2 mm; extending it too far may cause it to break. After use, close the cap until it clicks into place. Leaving the cap off may make the pencil harder to apply or more prone to breakage.
