Product Description
Just by stroking it! Even a firmly layered base makeup melts away from deep within the pores. The skin feels moist after washing. Features a "soft melty formula" that glides on easily and melts makeup away. It can remove waterproof mascara. Contains 58% moisturizing ingredients to help maintain skin hydration. Ingredients include glycerin, methylgluceth-20, BG, and betaine. Can be used with wet hands or face. Features a soothing subtle white floral fragrance.
