Instructions for Use

1. Before use, shake the container well until the water and oil layers are mixed. *Make sure the cap is securely closed. 2. Soak an appropriate amount on a cotton pad and gently apply it to the makeup around the eyes and mouth, then wipe it off. 3. Wash your face and rinse thoroughly.
