PALTY Coloring Milk Hair Color Restorer in Mekubase Black returns light-colored hair to a natural-looking hair color. Made in Japan, this set contains Agent 1 (60g), Agent 2 (120mL), and Hair Treatment Serum (5g).

Ingredients
Agent 1 — Active ingredients: 2,4-Diaminophenoxyethanol hydrochloride, toluene-2,5-diamine, p-aminophenol, m-aminophenol, resorcinol.
Other ingredients: Sodium sulfite, almond oil, isostearoyl hydrolyzed collagen aminomethylpropanediol salt, ethanol, tetrasodium edetate tetrahydrate, alkyltrimethylammonium chloride, orange juice, hydrolyzed conchiolin solution, hydrolyzed silk solution, hydrolyzed royal jelly protein solution, stearyl alcohol, purified water, cetyl alcohol, sodium cetyl sulfate, concentrated glycerin, grape seed oil, polydimethyldimethylenepyrrolidinium chloride solution, polyoxyethylene cetyl ether, methylpolysiloxane, monoethanolamine, peach juice, liquid paraffin, apple juice, lemon juice, L-ascorbic acid, fragrance.
Agent 2 — Active ingredient: Hydrogen peroxide.
Other ingredients: Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, purified water, cetyl alcohol, sodium cetyl sulfate, hydroxyethane diphosphonic acid solution, phenoxyethanol, propylene glycol, phosphoric acid, disodium hydrogen phosphate.
Hair Treatment Serum N: Water, PG, dimethicone, BG, myristyl alcohol, ethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, glycerin, steartrimonium chloride, camellia seed oil, hydroxyethylcellulose, phenoxyethanol, behentrimonium chloride, Camellia oleifera oil, disodium EDTA, fragrance.
How to Use
Perform a skin allergy patch test 48 hours before every application. Read the enclosed instructions carefully before use.
- Add all of Agent 1 to Agent 2, close the cap, and shake thoroughly up and down to mix.
- Dispense onto your hands and apply generously throughout dry hair. Work through the hair without rubbing vigorously.
- Leave for approximately 10–20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly and shampoo and condition. Finish with the included Hair Treatment Serum.
Do not use if you have ever experienced itching, a rash, redness, or irritation from hair coloring, felt unwell during or immediately after coloring, or had a reaction to a patch test. Avoid contact with eyes, including during rinsing. Do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes, or young children. Keep out of reach of young children and store away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.
Do not leave mixed coloring milk in the container: gas may build up and cause the container to burst or overflow. Discard any remaining mixture. Do not use on hair severely damaged by repeated coloring, bleaching, or perming. Very light or damaged hair may become too dark, as may hair left to process for too long.
FAQ
Q: Will the finished color look the same on all hair?
A: Results vary with the original hair color, damage, brightness, hair characteristics, room temperature, and processing time. Previously colored hair may change tone or develop uneven color.
Q: Can I lighten my hair immediately after using this product?
A: Hair colored with this product cannot be immediately lightened with bleach or similar products.
