How to Use

Turn the nozzle 90 degrees until the triangle marks align and it clicks into place. Keep the bottle upright. While looking in a mirror, gently press the center of the bottle once to dispense foam onto your tongue. Use an amount approximately the size of a 500-yen coin; start with small amounts when using for the first time. Do not inhale while placing the foam on your tongue.

Swish the foam throughout your mouth, brush your teeth, then rinse lightly with water. After use, return the nozzle to its original position and store the bottle upright. Do not shake the bottle, as this can stop it from dispensing foam. If shaken, wait about 5 minutes before use.

Spit out excess foam if needed. Do not swallow. Do not use on areas with wounds. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly immediately. Stop use and consult a doctor if oral irritation, a rash, itching, or severe coughing occurs. Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
