How to Use
Twist the cap to open. Before first use, rotate the cap several times to distribute the powder inside the cap evenly over the entire tip. Spread the powder broadly along the lower eyelid to create a fuller-looking under-eye area. For a more pronounced look, rotate the cap several more times to load more powder onto the tip before applying.
After use, twist the cap closed securely. Leaving the cap open may stop powder from adhering to the tip. If the tip or the cap threads become dirty, gently wipe them with a tissue.
