New Born Powdery Pencil Brow EX combines an eyebrow pencil and brush in one tool for a soft, powdery brow finish. Shade 04, Royal Brown, is suited to slightly dark brown hair.

Cyclopentasiloxane, Acrylates/Behenyl Acrylate/Dimethicone Methacrylate Copolymer, Trimethylsiloxysilicate, Candelilla Wax, Polyethylene, Carnauba Wax, Dipentaerythrityl Pentaisostearate, Neopentyl Glycol Diethylhexanoate, Panthenol, Sorbitan Sesquiisostearate, Tocopherol, Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxides, Aluminum Hydroxide.
How to Use
Step 1: Use the pencil to draw individual hairs through to the ends of the brows. Step 2: Blend along the brows with the brush to finish.
Extend the pencil tip approximately 2mm; extending it too far may cause breakage. After use, close the cap until it clicks into place. Leaving the cap off may make the pencil harder to apply or more prone to breaking.
