FAQ
Q: Is white powder on the soap's surface normal?
A: Yes. Due to the nature of the soap, its ingredients may appear as white powder on the surface. This does not affect use.
Q: Can the soap's color change?
A: Yes. The soap uses natural colorants, so its color may fade over time or when exposed to direct sunlight or spotlights.
