How to Use
Draw your preferred brow shape with the eyebrow pencil. Trace the brow contours with the concealer, then gently tap with a finger or similar tool to blend for a naturally dimensional finish. The pencil and concealer can be used in either order. Blend the concealer quickly, as it dries easily.
