CIELO Designing Color in Mermaid Pink is a hair dye formulated to color both black hair and scattered gray hairs beautifully. Made in Japan by Hoyu, it has a fresh, juicy tropical fruit scent.

How to Use
Read the enclosed instructions and precautions carefully before use.
- Add all of Agent 1 to Agent 2, close the white cap, and shake vigorously up and down about 30 times. Immediately replace the cap with the comb-shaped nozzle; do not leave the mixture standing.
- Apply the mixed emulsion throughout dry hair using a combing motion. Leave for 20 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly, then finish with the included shampoo and treatment.
Do not leave the mixed emulsion standing in the container: gas may build up, causing the container to burst or the mixture to overflow. Keep the dye and rinse water out of your eyes. Do not use on eyebrows, eyelashes, or young children. Store out of reach of young children, away from high temperatures and direct sunlight.

Q: Can I use this if I have previously had a reaction to hair dye?
A: Do not use it if you have ever had irritation from any hair dye, felt unwell during or immediately after coloring, or experienced an abnormal skin reaction to a patch test. Read all purchase and usage precautions before using the product.
