How to Use

After preparing your skin with lotion, emulsion and makeup primer, take an appropriate amount on the sponge and spread from the center of the face outward. Use the foundation remaining on the sponge to finish the forehead, eye area, nose and area around the mouth. For wet application, dampen the sponge, squeeze it out firmly, then gently stroke the surface of the foundation.

To install the refill, hold the tab at the top of the refill container and gently remove the foundation pan. Insert the pan into the case at an angle, then press down on its edge until it clicks into place. To remove the pan from the case, place the pad of your finger against its edge, gently push in the direction of the arrow and lift it out.

Keep the sponge clean, as a dirty sponge may cause the foundation surface to harden or make application difficult. Wash with Shiseido Sponge Cleaner N (sold separately), or gently press-wash in lukewarm water with diluted mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly, squeeze out excess water and dry completely in the shade before use. If application or the finish deteriorates, replace it with the MAQUILLAGE Sponge Puff (SF), sold separately.

Handle carefully, as impact from dropping may crack the foundation. Store away from direct sunlight, high temperatures and humidity.
