A rinse-off water treatment that gives softness and moisture to highly damaged hair from repeated bleaching or double-process coloring. It helps balance hair moisture and leaves hair feeling smooth to the touch.

Ingredients

Propylene Glycol, Ethanol, Water, Myristyl Alcohol, Cetrimonium Chloride, Betaine, Hydroxyethyl Urea, Baobab Seed Extract, Zein, Bis-Ethoxydiglycol Cyclohexane-1,4-Dicarboxylate, Hydrolyzed Keratin (Feather), Behentrimonium Chloride, Isostearyl Glyceryl Ether, Sodium Dilauramidoglutamide Lysine, Lactic Acid, Isopropyl Alcohol, Dipropylene Glycol, Fragrance.

How to Use

After shampooing, rinse out the lather thoroughly. Apply Balancing Water Treatment and work it into your hair. A gentle warming sensation signals that this step is complete. Layer a hair treatment on top, then rinse out. Finish by drying your hair with a hair dryer.
