The formula resists sebum, sweat, and rubbing, and rinses off with warm water alone. Contains moisturizing ingredients. How to Use
- Apply from the arch toward the inner brow, brushing against the direction of hair growth to catch each brow hair from the root.
- Brush from the inner brow toward the tail, following the direction of hair growth to arrange the hairs. For the thinner tail, follow the hair direction to shape and coat the brows.
